:)įor more info and places to visit near Munich. Half board, comes with a four course meal included. Schlossblick(Castle view) of Mariastein(a near by Castle) It's a short 45 minute drive that dead ends in Brandenberg(A) but it's a fun little road. :DĪ really great little Alpine road/drive is driving from the Schlossblick hotel and to Brandenberg, Austria. I prefer to drive the curvy roads near by. You can even go hiking or cross country skiing in the summer/winter. I've stayed here many times and they have never disappointed me. The family that runs the hotel is really nice and their daughter Katrin is fluent in English. The rooms are very reasonable (under 100 euros) and include a four course dinner and breakfast. I always love staying here and the prices are great! Their daughter Katrin speaks fluent British/English. You can look down the road and see Schlossblick(Castle view) of Mariastein(a near by Castle). They have horses near by, lots of wild life and its sooo quiet here.

The Kraftquelle Schlossblick is one of my all time favorite hotels. Unfortunately Mark did not start off at Brannenburg - which is quite narrow and I feel the best part of the drive. it will show you how nice of a road the Tatzelwurmstrasse is. Here is a video that a friend of mine(Mark) filmed in his M135i last weekend(March, 2016). You can buy a vignette at any gas station in Southern Germany or even in the town of Kufstein.īrannenburg -> Tatzelwurmstraße, 83080 Oberaudorf -> Kufstein, Austria You will only need a vignette to drive on Austria Autobahns - once you leave Kufstein and get onto the Autobahn. :D You do not need a vignette driving this way into Austria. Be forewarned that as once you cross into Austria the local Polizei tend to be rather strict in enforcing the local speed limits. It makes for a great way braking in a new engine on ED. You can follow this road all the way into Kufstein, Austria. Then slowly the road becomes wider and wider and smoother. Pay your two euros and let the FUN begin! Its starts out quite narrow and thru the woods. before you know it there will be a man at a toll booth. IF you start out from Brannenburg, go to the center of the town and at the traffic light HEAD straight up the hill into what looks like a residential road.
#RACERENDER FORUM PLUS#
Plus all that data would be available on the app to review between sessions or whatever.Īll comes down to what you want to do/what your priorities are.The Tatzelwurmstraße is Germany's version of the Tail of the Dragon.

If you got that working in app, you could have it all in-app for easy user experience. Racechrono supports custom CANbus logging stuff, but I have not personally gone down that rabbit hole. The downside is you can't just import a random data file like the OBD11 stuff and integrate it (unless something has drastically changed with a new update).Īnd with steering angle, brake pressure 'only' available on OBD11.racerender becomes the only option if you want to display that data.

Video (phone or gopro) available on the phone, gps and OBD is logged internally, so syncing up is a breeze and painless. Harry's or any other track app such as Racechrono etc., the advantage is the simplicity.but all data needs to be logged in the app directly. Video and gps is usually easy.find the start/finish line. It's a pain to sync up 3 different files.

I've done a similar thing using GoPro for video, TrackAddict for GPS info, and Cobb AP for OBD data. In this case Racerender is about the only option because his video/data were logged in different ways. You can import as many video and data files as you want. The advantage of Racerender is that it is way more flexible.
